Workplace Culture Initiative Working Groups Updates

Working Groups

Core recommended changes are developed by Working Groups that include direct input from employees across the state. The Working Groups align with the recommendations in the Troyer and ILG reports, as well as feedback the justices heard during their Listening Sessions across the state during the fall of 2022. All of the groups report to the Steering Committee, which in turn makes recommendations for the Court's approval. The Working Groups include:
